Here we go!

Me:  

 So ... as a not so tech-savy member of my generation I am just getting around to really starting this blog! I have many many experiences/lessons/helpful hints/recipes etc I'd love to share. Being someone who has made many many mistakes in her life... ha money, love, friendships you name it.. I think I can help others prevent doing the same. 

First about me: I'm a 29 year old nursing student, graduating next May(wahoo). I moved back home about three years ago to pursue this dream and have never regretted that decision. (That's me, far right). It's been a difficult journey, mostly because being back in this small little VA town has tested patience to say the least. I'm starting this blog to share my experience of life as a single girl in this small town.... ha trying to keep the faith. 

At the moment there is no significant other in my life.. except for my two pups, a 7 year old jack russell Demi, and a 4 year old yorkie named nick. 

Behind the name: Well... when I think of life the saying "there's no use crying over spilled milk" comes to mind. I interpret this as: if you can't change it, don't worry about it. There have been lots of tattered friendships, heartbreaks, family issues, etc in my life. I can either let that define me, or I can strive for being the best person I can. With this blog I intend on sharing the rollercoaster that is my life... good, bad, all of it!
